Lost yet found   Just when I thought All was lost I reopened my eyes And realized Things were not as bad As they first seemed I can overcome this The things That I’ve been through If I have the strength And courage I can pull through I have stumbled, and I have fallen down But I just have to pick myself Up off of the ground Dust myself off And start walking Again I have to hold my head up proudly Not walk looking at the ground Chase away the frown I wear on my face And replace it with a smile Then I can face Whatever it is that life Has thrown at me Yes I can overcome this too It’s all up to me I can choose To walk around Sad broken hearted and blue Or I can do something, to make it better That is what I plan to do I can look around and see So many have it Much worse Than me I should be thankful For what I have And not complain About what I don’t I can change my life around And I can do it on My own Just when I thought All was lost I reopened my eyes To see That things were not as bad As they first seemed To be Private challenge Host Private dancer (Linda) Phrase Just when you think All was lost By badmac © 2008 badmac (All rights reserved)
