Blue birds singing
The blue birds are singing
singing in the trees
singing on the rocks
singing in my head
I love to listen to them sing
they sound so beautiful
they are so free
I wish I was free like them
to fly high above the trees
and see different scenes
to see a different life
I wish my life was different
I wish I could fly like them
and not have any worries
but, they have worries too
they need to find food for their young
they need to build a nest
so I suppose they have their worries too
we all have our worries
but it would be nice to fly like a bird
so free and so alive
if I was a bird
I would fly to you.
