Everyday
When love is blind we don't always see
Visions of love that can never be
A place we all know so well
When love is blind they tell us to
Yet when we are blinded we think someone loves us
Sometimes they just leave without a word
Sometimes love is blind when we don't see the signals that things are falling apart
We fail at times to see they don't want to be a part of our lives
Yet we cling to something when love is blind that we don't want to see
Though it is clear when love is blind we want this person
Though they have broken our heart, when love is blind we want them back
Only to find out they crushed and broken our heart once again
For when love is blind we don't see things clear other than looking through rose colored glasses that they are flawed
For only when love is shared with someone that you can share your secrets and love to each day and they are always by your side
That makes love worth it and to me that is a true soul mate or friend
For when love is blind we make decisions of people we want in our lives
Yet they stay out our lives no matter what we want or say
When love is blind we want to believe in someone each day
My friend the truth of this is you just have to believe in yourself today
For when love is blind we don't always see so clear
My kind friend hang onto the family and friends that love you so each day
