My Lord, who shines as bright as the sun
Whose handprints
Shield the earth
Where He left footprints
In the sand
As He walked and traveled across land
To spread the word of God
To tell about the Kingdom of God
He traveled at daylight
And fell asleep at night
With His head rested on a rock
Some knew Him as the Son of God
Some knew Him as the Son of a carpenter
Some knew Him as Jesus the Messiah
He gave all He had and showed the world
The heart of a servant at work
He showed with faith that He could feed thousands
With just a few loafs of bread
And a few baskets of fish
He became a fisherman of man
Some saw Him walk across water
Some saw Him heal the sick
Some saw Him carry the cross
Some saw Him crucified on the cross
One thing that we all know
Is that He is the Holy Trinity
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit
He reigns high in the Heavenly realms
With the souls of His saints embedded in His palms
He was there at my birth
He knew that one day, I would need His grace
So, He gave His life for me
My life is in His hands
As I am free to walk across the lands
No more will I worry
Because of this true story
Of a Man who died for me
It was Him who saved me
It was His amazing grace
