Treasure
I saw a fish today
swimming in the water
he showed me where
I could find some treasure
he gave me a treasure map
an old and worn treasure map
he told me where we could find
gold and silver and things
so I dived in the water
and swam with my fish friend
we swam deep down in the water
and looked for the treasure
we looked here and there
and found the treasure
it was in a big chest
and it was very heavy
so we broke it open
and looked inside
and to our surprise
there was no treasure
but inside there was a mermaid
and she said thank you
she was trapped in the chest
and we had set her free.
