Doctor's Office

With no finesse my doctor said
'You must diet or you'll be dead.'
He prescribed a vitamin
full of C and thiamin.

I'm toned now; I've lost 2 dress sizes.
My trainer taught me exercises.
Aerobics in the morning, a jog each afternoon.
I need a sauna every night, my social life's a ruin!

Without a doubt these cruel workouts,
will kill me before the year is out.
