Tears of a Mermaid

@@@Painting By JOHN WILLIAM WATERHOUSE, 'The Mermaid'.

M*ythical creatures of the ocean bed....
E*bb the rivers of sorrows of souls' bled...
R*ipple streams of glistening crystals beads......
M*agenta, aquamarine of rainbow-gems parade.......
A*cts of foolish lovers' tears do shed....
I*nnocent hopes tarnished with dread...
D*reams once alive, now simply dead.......
S*ail to nowhere, journey torn to shreds.....

T*orrents of tears of a mermaid......
E*uphoric tales of a sea nymph once said.....
A*ct of true love to appease natures' enraged....
R*uthlessly banished by Neptune's vicious tirade....
S*aviours to sailors of loves' so sacred.....

~*Mermaid Tears*~
~~*Mermaid's Tears are washed out pieces of broken glasses found on the beach among pebbles, rocks and shells...Folklore states that the mermaid tears are the crystalline tears shed by mermaids for every sailor who dies at sea or for an eternal true love by a mermaid who was banished by Neptune for saving the life of a sailor who was admired from afar*~~
