Silent Tears

Tender voices try to awaken her
Their whispers land too softly
and leave her undisturbed
In bliss of peace, onward she sleeps

Upon the spiral of the winds
the vacant voices vanish
Their songs depart unheard
within the abyss of dreams

Upon light's, wistful wings
of love and angel's smiles
whispers sing sweetly
as she forever slumbers

At least this is how it seems
to the eyes of the voices;
the gentle vision of loved ones
who cannot truly see
her inward, silent tears fall
