Honey and Lemon Sound

I can see the reason fly in the air
And I quickly catch it in my mouth
The reason sounds like lemon and honey
And tastes like a bitter sweet symphony

The music rolls around in my mouth
And fizzes and burns and turns
It spins and dances on my tongue
And travels to my head and heart

It is music that swims to my ears
And feeds me what I need to hear
It dances inside and forever says
That life is a honey and lemon sound

Forever I taste and sense it inside me
And it whispers a slow cool release
It says that after the sadness of death
There always must come the joy of life

Reason and rhyme keep on breathing
And light and dark keep on flowing
Pain and love keep on changing
And life and death keep on moving.
