and the way your music swims and flows
I love the way you dance up in the trees
and spin and dive and glide
with all the colours of the rainbow alive
I love the way you sit up high in a tree
and listen to the wisdom of the trees
and the way you magically speak to them
in the language of the unknown tongue
they have known you since you were born
and you are as old as the wonderful stars
the trees hold you dear to their hearts
and a warmness flows with the richest love
I love the way you grab my hand
and help me to fly up high in the sky
and teach me the ways of the wind
and the language of the clouds
I love the way the day settles on our skins
as we sit up high in an ancient tree
and the night slowly comes and falls
and the air of the day quietly cools
