Soul Seeker

You just said I chased
you into that fire.
Into that bottomless
pit of souls,
lost souls.
Self pity quenches your spirit,
ties up tight inside you.
I see that red stare,
GLARING
from two brown eyes.
Do you hate me yet?
Do you see me for who I am?
BROKEN
Don't try to fix me,
I've grown accustomed
to the chaos.
To the endless shambles I leave myself in.
You want to save someone?
Go join the fanatics on the street,
Just don't change me again.
You just said I chased
you into that fire.
Into that bottomless
pit of souls.

Did you find mine?

Don't give up on me
