Thank You
In my life my deep gratitude
is what has formed my attitude.
I've been lucky and I've been blessed
by such fine folks, the very best.
As I look back through all my days
the gentle guidance of their ways
moulded the very heart of me
into the person I might be.
As I consider all my life
as a daughter, mother, wife.
When by circumstance I'm caught
I reconsider all they taught.
Yes I'm blessed by their gentle touch.
I've had this chance to learn so much.
Who could have known, who could have guessed
that I could ever be so blessed!
