The Beautiful Goddess
She’s a beautiful lady, like the goddess called Venus.
She’s got the power over my heart.
And I hope that love’s chain will bind us together
that nothing can tear us apart.
Her smile’s like the sunshine. Her green eyes intrigue me.
They captivate my heart and my mind.
She’s so sweet that her lips drip with honey,
and I think about her all the time.
Her voice is like music, sweet singing of Angels,
and I love the thrill that I get
when we sit and talk hour after hour.
She’s the nicest girl I’ve ever met!
She has a beautiful, kind, Christian spirit,
more lovely than I’ve ever known;
and I certainly have been enjoying
all the love toward me that she’s shown.
