For so long she desired this precious time
When he gives a rose to his lady love
Love's fragrance fills the air in seasoned rhyme
Its gentle song soars loftily above
Was it bold that she dared to love again
To cast all fear aside for a sacred vow
She thrives in this moment felt deep within
This is love; she begs her heart to allow
Her thoughts beyond control raced for awhile
What lies ahead she wonders, time will tell
Because they all dared her to love, friends smile
And the silent whisper of love's song swells
Breathing deeply she answers love's sweet call
Her heartbeat flutters wildly, as she falls
