echo

as midnight veil
invites lovers
serenade
eyes connect
with windows
to your soul
revealing
deep desire
my quiet thoughts
embrace
the moment
of what is yet
to come
'neath sheets
of passion
our hearts beat
in perfect syncrony
with November's chill
caressing hot flesh
star filled night
illluminates
your smile
as fingertips
playfully tease
finding those
special places
that belong
to only you
cradled in your arms
love speaks gently...
bathes me
with an essence
that is
beautiful...
pure
each kiss
overflows my heart
as I touch
your breath
with mine
inner feelings release
knowing for certain
that our 'morrows
are in whispered
words of promise
fulfillment
bursts
in togetherness...
a contented
afterglow
kisses us...
to sleep
