A Single Sentence of 338 words

Sometimes, even in the midst of all the emotional pain
of my most serious and destructive dysfunctions caused
by a lifetime of spiritually incorrect thinking, my mind
becomes so clear and the short-term memory so extensive
and inexhaustible that I can create and retain some of the
longest, most interesting and complex, yet easily readable
sentences, which if interpreted correctly by even the simplest
minded reader, demonstrate a profound ingenuity in this
writer that is rarely found in even the most brilliant minds
of the ones who are considered to be well above average in
their ability to enunciate a verbal response using their choice
of the once believed to be well over six hundred thousand
good and wholesome words of our English language today
with all of its many wonderful adjectives that can be used in
place of profanity, as some would tend to lean toward when
in a bind to give a good description of what they are feeling
at any given moment, as in the example where I was telling
a friend just today that if I was called upon to fight for any
cause I would endeavor to campaign for further women’s
liberation in all things, including romance and love affairs, so
that the man would not have to have the responsibility of
making his intentions known, if by reading all the signs he
decided she was interested and wanted to ask her out,
because if he was wrong her wrath would come down on
him like an angry wolf on the innocent fold, and make him feel
much smaller than a little bitty fire ant in the enormous
Grand Canyon, thereby causing him all the embarrassment
and pain of being rejected and put back in his place, which
at first was down amongst the grains of sand on the beach
of his irreputable and unremarkable life, a cause for which
I really believe, if my efforts proved to be fruitful, that I would
undoubtedly be greatly rewarded since I am single and free.

3-31-92
338 words

This is all one long sentence.
It is gramatically correct,
punctuated properly, makes
sense, and will not break down
into multiple sentences without
the addition of many other words.

This sentence is not meant
to belittle anyone and especially
not the wonderful female gender.
It only makes a statement
about myself and then only at
that one point in my life.
