Waiting for That day

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Some where in my dreams tonight
I'll see you standing there
you look at me with a smile
And I will think to myself,
Life isn't always fair

Life can be cruel
Down right unkind
For it took my sister
And broke this heart
Of mine

Like a feather in the breeze,
She floated away from me
She earned her wings to fly
Way before
Her time

A page has turned
a chapter's closed
a tear stained page
for me unfolds

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

A page on which
I hate to write
The page about
My sister’s life

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

That suddenly
Came to an end
Her face, her smile
Never to be seen
By me again

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I know deep in my heart
She’s in a better place now
than she’s ever been before;
all her pain is gone
She’s now at rest;
nothing troubles or hurts her
Anymore

No one can know,
Just what I’ve lost
No one can understand the cost
No one can understand
My pain
No one can stop my tears
That pours down
Like rain

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Please,
Let me cope with grief
in time I will feel relief.
No one can replace
The one who's gone,
some day soon
With My life
I will carry on

To my sister
I would like to say
Waiting for That day
Remember
That I love you,
I’ve been very sad,
Since you've been gone.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Remember
That I love you,
in my heart,
You will always,
Live on

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Please
Wait for me
At the end of,
Heavens stairs

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Then we can,
walk through the gate
Together
When I join you there

Until I see you Again
