Strawberries

All I need is strawberries,
that will get me through my day
A small bite of its sweetness
An increase of weakness
And I'll be on my way

In trouble I cant use tangerines
They're too bitter for the mood
In anger I won't use juicy apples
I need a stronger food

Bananas may be sweet enough
But their shelf life isn't long
Grapes are just a little too small
Might choke while singing this song

When sad I could peel quenepas
But I think they're not in season
always back to sweet tasting strawberries
They fit perfect for every reason

Plums, pears, peaches and pineapples
They all taste divine to me
But nothing has the style
Or the taste to make me smile
Then the beautiful delicious strawberry
