A Snowy Blessing

Snow is falling, like white fluffy down,
A soft winter blanket covers the ground;
A cold winter day, I’m all shut in,
Trying to write as the new year begins.

Maybe a poem for my dear sweet friends,
To let them know that I can still grin;
Life’s so busy we seldom review,
The treasures we have in friend so true.

So to all my friends a big “Thank you,”
With such great love it’s hard to be blue;
I pray you’ll be blessed, your desires be found,
Snowy days and all, may your joy abound!
