Our greatest gifts

Photobucket

Our children,
Are so very sweet
so gentle loving,
And kind
our children
Love us,
For “who” we are
they never,
Change their minds

Photobucket

They give us kisses
In the morning
And kisses and hugs
At night
They tell us they love us
Before we turn out
The light

Photobucket

We must always be,
So gentle and loving,
With our children
Always treat them,
Loving and kind
for our children are,
Our most precious treasures
the greatest gift,
That we can find

Photobucket

We must keep them,
Safe and protected
Their whole lives through
Keep the safe from harm
They depend on me and you

Photobucket

We see the love and trust
in there beautiful shinny eyes
the love from a child
Is easy to recognize

Photobucket

They follow us around
Like shadows
On the ground
They want to see,
What we are doing
So that they
Can do it too

Photobucket

So be careful
With what you say and do
Remember
Your children
Are watching and learning
From you

Photobucket

Hand and hand
We walk with them
And guide them through life
The greatest gift
In this world
Is the gift of a child
Or children
In our lives

Photobucket

They learn from us
The difference
Between right and wrong
We must teach them
To respect other’s
And never take something
That belongs
To another

Photobucket

As they grow,
we must teach them
To love their neighbors
And if they want things in life
It will take hard labor

Photobucket

Teach them
To never make a promise
They cannot keep
For when we hurt another
We cause tears to slip
Down their cheeks

Photobucket

We must teach them
To always
Lend a hand
And teach them,
That when they are right
To take a stand

Photobucket

We must not only tell them
These things
As they grow in life
We must remember
Actions
Speak much louder
Than words

Photobucket

They learn what they know
They learn what they see
From you and me
