Strength To Fight
Being knocked off of her feet, she ponders
How she keeps moving on it's a small wonder
She's blue,confused and angered deep inside
So many nights she reflects back and sighs
Dreams seem to be just a word;nothing sought
Whirlpool of emotions flooding her thoughts
Her will and strength has dwindle slowly down
Feeling trapped in darkness with no one around
If only she would re-open those eyes of blue
To see some are willing to walk her through
They're not giving up they keep trying harder
Giving what ever it takes to be the anchor
Storms will come and go, a light will show again
Needing to find that strength and courage within
She truly is a fighter there is no doubt at all
Sometimes it seems her back is against the wall
She will fight once again this I believe is true
Admired for her determination through and through
She is someone to look up to with so much respect
There's nothing I would ever change she's perfect
There will be peace and tranquility after the storm
Smiles of welcoming back home a heart that's warm
Shining will be the sun to play upon her skies
Chasing dark clouds away and tears from her eyes
