Blue Notes
Seized by one moment in time's possibilities
from the window of passing opportunities.
There's such sad music everywhere
that permeates the very air.
I feel this music carry me
but sadly possibility
has passed me by.
Deep blue notes of music very nearly cry
and truly it's a small wonder I'm blue.
