Confusion
Death is knocking on the door
No preference does it know
We know our days are numbered
No choice, we simply go
Some days I often ponder
My decision long ago
Was made to God on bended knees
His love he did bestow
My days are short
I'll not regret
The bad days I'll forget
The days ahead I'll give to God
I'll Thank him with each breath.
I ask dear friend
Do you know Christ?
He can hear you pray
You think you may have lots of time
To you I humbly say
We do not have a promise, friend
The day is now at hand
He'll give you peace
He'll give you joy
He'll help you understand.
This writing may just turn you off
Confusion may take place
Give your life to him today
Your sins he will erase
The day is fast approaching
I beg you don't delay
Don't say,I'll wait another time'
'I'll wait another day.'
His return could be just any hour
He'll guide you all the way
Raise your hands high in the air
Give Jesus all the praise.
