ThereShe Was

HELLO OUT THERE! PLEASE COME BACK!

SultryRose's Signatures

I deamed I was living a fairy tale
Of a wise man who dwelled by the sea
It was there one night from a puff of smoke
A mermaid appeared just for me

I was sanding alone at the cove by the sea
Watching the eveing die
Awed by mysterious lightening
When it splintered the blue velvet sky

The soft warm sand was barely moist
As it scrunched beneath my toes
And I turned my head and a mermaid appeared
Right under my very nose.

Yes there she sat in that hidden cove
With soft breasts and streaming black hair
Big velvet eyes, soft lips to kiss
With a smile beyond compare

Well she opened her mouth and she sang for me
A song like I've never heard
Of her wonderful home beneath the sea
So I hung on every word

The temptation to follow her was strong
And to never count the cost
Still I looked at her and I instantly knew
Why many poor mortals were lost

Then the world slipped in and I saw your face
And remembered the love we'd known
So I closed my eyes and looked away
Looking back,.. lord .. she was gone

Still I often think about that night
When the ocean breezes moan
Then just for an instant I'm back again
In that cove just standing alone

Waiting for that georgous fish!
