A parents precious love

Sometimes when our children are babies they give us the evil eye twist
Meaning that they want something or just want to be held
They sometimes gaze at us and smile as they giggle

Sometimes they want us to rock them to sleep singing a lullaby
Other times they just want to be fed and have their bottle
They sometimes point at a rattle that is sitting on the bed

Some days they are looking for their cuddly teddy bear to sleep with
At times they giggle and laugh and just want to play a game of peek a boo

There is nothing more priceless and precious than the bond of our children
Sharing a lifetime bond their whole lives through
For our children are such a blessing in life
As we share a lifetime bond with them no matter if we live close or far away from them
They are always close to our hearts even if we live cities or countries apart
For there is nothing more precious than the bond of our children
