LIFE ISN'T OVER YET ....
What is my take on living
Just what words would I choose
Do I really know just what
The take is I would use
My take on living..let me see
Is living life at it's best
Being good to everyone
Loving all the rest
Following the Ten Commandents
That were left to lead us by
Remember to do the best I can
Know it is alright to cry
Be kind to your neighbors
You never know when you
Might just have some problems
Then it's 'on the other shoe'
Respect your elders ...always
Whether they are here or where
They did the best they knew to do
Remember them each day in prayer
Be an example to your children
And your grandchildren as well
Teach them what you know of Heaven
Teach them what you know of Hell
Enjoy the morning sunshine
Birds singing on the tree
Love all of the seasons
For each one needs to be
Be thankful for your blessings
For, in truth, you do have many
Though you will find some people
Who will say they don't have any
Thank God for your loved ones
Require they give respect
Enjoy today and tomorrow as well
Cause life isn't over yet....
