A place called Heaven

Paint me a picture
Of heaven
A place
I long to see
A place
That holds my loved ones
Those who were,
Taken from me

When they left this world,
Without me,
It made me feels,
Sad and blue.
My tears fell so freely,
They watched from heaven
They know this is true.

While I was weeping,
Days after day,
Passed away
While all was,
silent within me,
They saw me,
kneel to pray.

From this wonderful place,
Called heaven
They watched me below
They whispered
To me
Were sorry
That we had to go

Remember this
When you miss us
And know these words
Are true

All our pain is gone,
In heaven we feel whole
Though it broke your heart
It was our time
To go

My loved ones
Whisper,
Please go on.
The peace,
that we have found here,
Goes far beyond compare.
No rain, no clouds,
no suffering,
Just love,
from everywhere

This place called
Heaven;
Where Life is renewed
and pain removed
Where bodies are healed
and whole again

Where life is now
filled with glee
as it must be
A place,
our loved ones,
Must go
When they take
Their final journey
Home

I don’t think of them,
As gone away,
their journey,
has just begun.
Life holds,
so many facets,
this earth is only one.

I think of them,
as resting
from the sorrows,
and the tears,
in a place,
of warmth and comfort,
where there are no,
days and years.

I Think of how,
They must be wishing
that we could know, today,
how nothing,
but our sadness
can really pass away.

And think of them as living
in the hearts,
Of those they touched
for nothing loved,
Is ever lost
and they were loved,
By me so much
