Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Road's End

When you think you are reaching
the end of the road,
watch out for the speed bumps ahead.
You may have reached one of those minor goals
that initially filled you with dread.

Make sure that you don't take a side-track,
veer neither to left nor to right.
Your path will appear, well lit and quite clear
with the Son who illuminates bright.

Keep your eyes fixed ahead
and stay focused,
no need to look over your shoulder.
The road can be tricky,
you'd easily fall;
don't pretend to be stronger or bolder.

When the light from the Son becomes blinding,
only then can you see the road's end.
'Welcome in, faithful servant,'
our good Lord will say,
in His presence, eternity spend.
