This is our day, oh love divine
The day we chose to become one
Here we stand enthralled as we
Have waited so long for this day to come
The wedding on the beach exciting
As we walked barefoot as oft before
You so handsome in your tux
Me in the wedding gown my mother wore
We had come here often as we courted
Always saying someday we would wed
Sitting in the sand dunes making plans
Dreaming of the time that was ahead
Now it arrived and we are finally one
I shall love you dear forever as I said

Now we can finally share the wedding bed
I cannot wait to have you hold me in your arms
To finally consumate the love we share

Tis sent from God, I know I am aware
Just as God chose you for me and I for you
He planted the seeds of love to grow
