Synapses of love's euphoria
Fire live inside her mind
Fireworks and first time highs
Come to mind with every breath
At the threshold of an overload
The sparks ignite her waiting pen
Hoping to share a mere flicker
Of the wildfire burning within her
Passion propels her reasoning
Real life provokes the added heat
A dancing firestorm set in motion
Her heart pounding in pure poetry
Sizzle of desire engulfs the page
Black and white a red hot blaze
Experience alive in vivid imagery
Cheeks flush in heated remembrance
Synapses flashing with intensity
Illuminating feelings indescribable
Yet she must share her emotion
Allowing the world to live inside her mind
If only for a moment…..
