One Woman

One woman so full of spirit
That radiates the sun the moon and the stars
With a gentle voice like a soft rain that falls gently nurturing all that it touches
With a heart as big and deep as the ocean
One woman so full of spirit
That sees those in need offering comfort without negotiation
It is her inner woman’s intuition
She learned without paying college tuition
One woman so full of spirit
Her home filled with warm scents of cinnamon and ginger
Fill the air with trials that linger
Making you ready to lick your finger
One woman
That follows the voice of God
Never stepping with her foot caught in her mouth
She reviews her thought
Always watching every step
Never stepping over others for self gain
She lives a life not in vain
She lives a life never thinking of her own pain
She releases the past
With a humble Fast
Putting herself last
Always open to share her heart
Never considering the pieces she spreads
She threads
Weaving a blanket to cover the cold and hungry of the world
As heads turn
She stands solid in the word
She uses it as a sword
To cut her small portions
She always finds transportations
To send her goods
By mail or air
Finding time to fix her hair
She considers all that she has and never is a glutton
Always ready to share
With a heart that cares
She works diligently
With her hands
Sleeping peacefully at night
With a clear conscience
Always feeling the omniscience
The omnipresence
Always keeping her thoughts on God
Staying tuned in to Heaven’s frequency
Without delinquency
She walks the world with a clean heart
All sin buried in the grave of sin
She can walk proud and raise her chin
She is a Proverbs Woman of God

Those that once knew her shake their heads
In astonishment
With amazement
They say, what is it that made her different
She is a changed woman her appearance has changed
There is a soft glow in eyes
The windows to her soul
Her hair has changed color
She is a woman that has found peace in her creator
The world will mourn such a woman as she
But the Heavens will open widely upon her arrival
The angels will cheer
Children will tear
Some will see her as a saint because of all the charity
Some will grieve their losses
Some will eat the fruit of bitterness
Living a life in the wilderness
Some will teach tenderness
Rendering
Surrendering
Their hearts to God
One day a woman’s spirit will return back to God
She will lie lifeless without breath
But her life will be well documented in Heaven for the angels to all see
And every sin will be forgotten
Because of the begotten
He will take her hand and say daughter you have done well
Her heart will swell
Where she will dwell
In the house of the Lord forever
