Cherry you are a true inspiration
You walk in truth and not in desperation
I have enjoyed the many years of our friendship
Though we share different citizenship
You are every bit of a friend
Without following all of the trend
I am so proud to call you a girlfriend
If we ever make it to Australia you will be the first that we see
Though we would love to see the coral reef in the sea
I would make that final plea
To see my Cherry
One woman full of grace
With no hidden disgrace
I would race
Through Australia to see your smiling face.
