Sweet Treat

A sweet retreat from summer's heat,
across the street, let's grab a seat,
it is offbeat but kind of neat.
(We've exercised and now can cheat!)

There's ice creams sweet that are a treat.
There is one sweet that none can beat.
'Death by Chocolate's' no deceit.
To eat this treat is no mean feat.

And as we eat we'll meet and greet
our neighbours whom we might just meet!
