Good and Plenty
It happened on a summer night
Sitting together absorbing moonlight
I looked at her, it made me smile
I knew what would happen, in a little while
My move must be smooth, I began to think
When she looks at me, I'll give her a wink
She was barely nineteen, I had just turned twenty
She had what I wanted, and it was good and plenty
I moved a little closer, put a breath mint on my tongue
Ready to make my sudden move,on this girl so very young
I looked into her big brown eyes, still thinking of my plan
I put my arm around her, then I touched her on the hand
She was getting nervous, and she knew that I could tell
So I leaned and whispered in her ear,'Gee,You're looking swell.'
She closed her eyes and puckered. and with a sneaky grin
I grabbed the candy off her lap, and ran just like the wind.
