I've taken many journeys of the heart
Some have been journeys to broken dreams
Feelings that I have wandered almost everywhere
For to me...that's really how it seems
Each journey of the heart instills in me
That love comes, yet sometimes must go
To love the one your with, hold tight
Hoping this is love for sure...you'll know
When you take journeys of the heart
Try to keep your eyes open wide
If you see it not moving ahead
When you can, leave it well set aside
Nothing can be wrought of foolish loves
It's a cause lost before it even began
Sometimes we are just really wrong
When we are..time to leave that woman/man
I am tired of journeys of the heart
It seems so many times I've truly tried
There is something that won't begin again
Something in me..that seems to have just died
