Out of this World

Really out of this world
Or really out of my mind
When it comes to loving you
The balance is difficult to find

Even as the world falls down
I am oblivious in a cozy embrace
Nestled against a dream with you
Worries vanish without a trace

Security in insanity, crazy in love
I cling to the pounding of the beat
Celebrate the need to move closer
As the world trembles under our feet

Stilling time to linger in the moment
Capturing a bit of heaven as we kiss
Exceeding the limits of gravity's pull
Together in a different realm we exist

Our love is really out of this world
And we know how lucky we are
Every night nestled against a dream
We embrace wishes granted by stars
