Who Can I Turn To-Challenge Poem'
I didn't think the day would ever come
that I would ever lose you.
There is no one left to talk to
and I just don't know what to do.
I am so frustrated and alone
cause you were always able
to give me peace and hope
when I had no one else capable.
Now I don't know what to do.
I just sit here and stare at the walls
feeling so sad and blue.
I am totally lost without you.
I turn on the television
just to hear some noise
cause it's too quiet around here
without your gentle loving voice.
I pick up the telephone
thinking I will call someone
but then again like always
there's never anyone home.
I try to sit and read a book
but I can't get interested in it.
I turn on the radio to listen to some music
but before I know it I'm right back in the muse.
So tell me my love who can I turn to
when I am so lonesome and sad without you.
The day finally came and I never knew
just what it would be like without you.
