HAPPY FATHER’S DAY

He held the tiny new born
beautiful, sweet little baby
afraid not to drop such a miracle,
a little Angel in his large palms.

Watched the baby slowly grow
with huge pride and joy
loved the baby with his heart
he was proud to be his dad.

“Daddy”, soon he heard tiny voice
calling him from the baby room
astonished, holding his breath
his baby spoke one word.

Father's heart pounded like a bell
a joyful moment a dream perhaps
then a tear run on his face
from a joy and happiness.

Father, you are very special
“I love you,”- he hears the voice
no little baby anymore but a young adult
for a Dad, a moment of pride and joy.
