We heated up the night
Sizzled with the light of day
Cooled off with a lazy day siesta
After you took my breath away
We woke to kiss at sunset
Thrilled by the wind of no destination
Limitless beneath the cloudless sky
We surrendered to temptation
We sipped upon the misty night
Tasted passion written in the stars
Embraced by the intimate revelations
In this moment meant to be ours
We painted visions for stars to dream
Quietly they vanished among the night
We danced, we kissed, we embraced
Making love in the glow of the moonlight
We slept entwined ‘midst summer heat
Entangled among the dampened sheets
Our sweet escape, our daily retreat
