Pharaoahs' Egypt

Pharaohs' Egypt a land of ancient time and forgotten god's.
The Pharaoh stood by the green river Nile,
in the shadow of myths and pyramids,
the stench of death, smoking fires, sand and camel dung,
clung to his nostrils in the scent of his mind.
Bathing in the waters of the Nile itself could,
not wash the vile past away.

The same Egypt for 6,ooo years,
Moses lead out to the promise land.
He left nothing to chance,
little had changed since his reign.

Who would have foreseen,
that same day he would be lain,
in a chamber of golden sand.
To forever rest with the ancient ones,
for a mistake he had made alone...
