Shattered

Night sends her chills, her nightmare hunts,
That fateful night, she can't rid, a manifest of her past,
Shattered she was like a china by a forceful blast,
Oh! her saddest past she detests, she isn't Godless and might!
From then, her life so dark like a starless night,
Sinful is she ! Vengeful sheep, rebellious t'was her plight,
Tell! what commandments all she does!
Is she a fellow wrecked, remorseless and useless lass?
And in the darkest hour of night, there came the dawn,
A ray of hope shining she alone,
In whisper so loud there He says,
'Don't brood in the past, come back to me my child'
And on my side you can find
Peace I bring,Love I give;Healing for wounded souls and minds,
Take your yoke and I'll give you rests'
In deafening silence, she cry out loud,
On bended knees, her mourn broke the stillness of the night,
'Lord give me one more chance to love and live my life
Allow me to do what is good and right
For I am Magdalene, shattered, I was once.'
