Mornings Deception

The truth as you perceived it,
Balanced on strings of thread,
Was nothing more than deception,
An illusion inside your head

Your patterns were designed
From the cradle to the grave
Yet, you strain against such freedom
When you quiver and you rave

You seek some soft approval
From shoulders of remorse
Yet, your path is strewn asunder
When you follow such a course

You touched this sleeve before,love
When midnight called your name
White roses were your calling
When pleasure was the game

Distant fires came raging
Within your trembling soul
Nirvana was soon releasing
When you lost all control

Yet, morning turned the corner
The lock opened by the key
The tremble and the shudder
Came again in reality

Denial rides a pale horse

The rider seeks your dream

This moment bids a fond adieu

Finality hears your scream

Worry not mi love
it's just a violet Colored Sky
