When darkness falls,
you don`t know where to turn.
Your problems are so many
that in your mind, they burn.
You feel the God of the wind
has forsaken you.
Lift up your head,
He`ll see you through.
At this time in your life
tender words so sweetly spoken
are not always enough.
The words you need to hear,
you may think are tough.
A true friend and prayer
has the potential to sooth your spirit.
