Love sure felt good to me.
That`s how I thought it would always be.
On crisp nights, cozy fireplaces were relaxing.
That`s where we got our satisfaction.
While the fire was burning in the fireplace,
Romance was burning in our heart-place.
The heat from the fire kept us warm.
The heat from romance was above the norm.
They say that from autumn till summer
more babies are conceived.
After our romance, this I believed.
I know this, we were both filled with joy.
It didn`t matter to us if it was a girl or boy.
If only this romance we had
could have lasted forever,
I would be a happy man
with much to endeavor.
