I Don't Fear the Evil

Evil's a vivacious mouse
living in our zany house.
(I've dropped broad hints, abundantly clear,
that I don't want it living here!)
His voice is shrill, his cage a mess.
He trains us humans well, I guess.
Defiantly, his crooked smile
beguiles us all a little while.
How quaint to have this frantic mouse
driving us crazy in our house.
