Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Spike, Old Chum

We're friends now and always will be;
I'm so glad our human chose you.
Though you're awkward and clumsy
(being such a big mutt),
I can handle a short-coming or two.

Never be afraid to tell me, Mate,
things that frustrate you about me;
if I've a doggy breath in the morning,
or I wee on your favourite tree.

It's so good to know you'll defend me
against others who pick on my size.
I feel so much safer, Spike, old chum;
you'll be here when occasions arise.
