We Danced

It was just the two of us at home in the living-room as he looked at me with a settle motion
I knew he had me under his love potion
One look in his eyes said it all
There were no lights from a sparkling ballroom
I was not wearing a fancy gown
I was in my pink slippers
As he took me by the hand
It was the sparkle in his eyes that said it all
I fell in love all over again, as he took me in his arms as we stopped everything in a split moment and fluidly danced, and danced as he held me tightly in his arms…
We danced feeling life a husband dancing with his wife
Our hearts beating as one….

I love you, Brian
