Conversation With Daisy

I am weary,
oh so weary
of breakfasting on grass,
though have been a connoisseur
in my time.

It is time for my retirement
so I'm looking for a change...
perhaps I'll find a mate
who's in his prime.

My diet will be varied,
weeties and some toast,
breakfast muffins,
spread with honey,
'til I'm full.

In the paddock 'cross the creek,
there was some beefcake
just last week;
and believe me, Daisy dear,
that was all bull!
