Why I write
I write for love I write for pain
I write these words to keep me sane
To relieve the pain of my battered heart
And hope some day for a different start
To keep my world from crashing down
As it gets harder to live in this town
It's the only thing I have in life
That frees me from eternal strife
No one talks no ones cared
This is how I get my feelings shared
My writing is my true obsession
To keep away my dark depression
These very words are my only light
So now do you see why I write
