With all of my feelings elated
I find your heart will always be jaded
My love for you was never enough
Yet still I learn that life is tough
I gave you my heart and all of my trust
So now my heart dies and withers to dust
To be loved by you was all that I needed
And now I see the lies that were seeded
The tears and the love were all lost in vain
All that you wanted was to see me in pain
Now I lay here stuck in my dreams
Quietly breaking at all of my seams
How could you do this and leave me in tears
Left to rot and remember our years
My love for you will always be there
Even if you never will care
